Largest Membrane Bioreactor Wastewater Treatment Facility in Bermuda

WEDCo's Water Reclamation Facility is the largest WasteWater (WW) facility on the island it is also the most advanced WW facility on the island. The onus is on the plant to reclaim water to help sustain Bermuda's West End water demands.

ROCONSERVICES was awarded a contract to install all mechanical equipment provided by WEDCo and to provide and install all interconnecting pipework and valves.

The WEDCo project is an important example of how ROCONSERVICES operates, their methods and process'. The business process is to ensure "right first time" installation by developing working 3-Dimensional models to allow precise inventory control, early issue mitigation and solution. Furthermore, the model provides a tool that benefits the client and all contractors involved in construction and design.

We planned and managed our mechanical install by using key skills such as; scheduling (resource, cash-flow), communication with all business partners and staff, we monitored and controlled the product life-cycle; initiation, planning, implementation / execution, and closing.
